The entire estate (the main house, the Garden Cottage, the Bird's Nest, both guest rooms, kitchens and nearly an acre of grounds), except the owner's private suite.

The fine print, made friendly

How many guests can attend?
Overnight lodging sleeps 8. Events can host up to about 50 guests on site, depending on the event. Tell us your number and we’ll confirm.
What does it cost?
Every event is a little different, so we quote each one individually based on dates, nights, guest count and setup. Send an inquiry and you’ll have an itemized quote within a day.
Do we need event insurance?
Yes. You’ll need $1,000,000 general liability event insurance naming the property owner as additional insured. One-day policies are inexpensive and easy to buy online. Upload the certificate at least 14 days before your event.
Can we bring our own caterer, bartender and vendors?
Yes, you choose your own vendors. Just list them in your inquiry. Vendors must be insured, and alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender where the law requires it.
Is there a security deposit?
A refundable $500 security deposit is charged with your balance and refunded within 7 days after check-out, less any documented damage.
What’s not included?
The owner’s private suite is not part of the rental. Tents, tables, chairs and décor rentals are arranged by you or your planner. We’re happy to share local vendors we love.
